Biography:
Michael R. Lowe, Esq. is a board certified health care attorney by The Florida Bar and an AV rated lawyer with a national practice dedicated to supporting physicians, physician groups, and health care organizations. He guides clients through employment and hospital contracts, managed care reimbursement, Stark Law and fraud compliance, HIPAA and medical records, Medicare/Medicaid matters, licensure and disciplinary actions, medical staff privileges, and compliance program development. He represents hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, IPAs, imaging centers, long term care facilities, and other health care providers. Licensed in Florida and Georgia, Mr. Lowe is a member of the Florida Bar, Georgia Bar, American Bar Associations, and the American Health Lawyers Association. A Super Lawyers honoree since 2022 and AV rated by Martindale Hubbell, he is also a frequent national speaker and author on health law topics. A former naval aviator and Desert Storm veteran, Mr. Lowe earned degrees from the United States Naval Academy, Georgetown University, and the University of Alabama School of Law, graduating summa cum laude and Order of the Coif.
